Do you know how to talk with other contexts and have an organization-to-organization, culture-to-culture, or context-to-context collaborative, generative, empowered conversation where not only value is exchanged, but actual transformation and real empowerment happens?
In gatherings and meetings of different modalities and approaches, do you experience most conversations being truly empowering, where each participant leaves with not only a good idea from someone else, but with a new dimension of their own research unfolded, a new part of their lineage sharper, or a deeper layer of their purpose clearer?
Many regenerators experience defensiveness and positionality when coming together, each person competing, defending, and protecting their work because of course it is the best work they know (otherwise why would they do it?). And it is possible to stand in the dignity, love, and clarity of your context and culture, AND exchange value, be transformed, and be at service of one another.
This workshop is created to practice having these extraordinary and synergetic conversations with other fellow edgeworkers and regenerators. We will share tools and distintions from the research field of Possibility Management, and maybe even discover new ones!
Don’t worry if you cannot use the tools perfectly at first. They are tools, after all, and just as with any tool, practice is needed. But if you do not even know that a specific tool exists, how can you think of using it?
Please bring your pen and notebook.
