Join us for the Rights of Nature - Voice of Forest session, in which we will explore the emergent movement of the right of nature, which supports that nature should hold the rights of personhood in the legislative statute.
We will offer insights into Earth Law and the Earth Rights Movement. We will invite Anja Henckel from the Jardim do Mira project in Alentejo, to share the experience of the group bringing the voice of the forest into governance and decision-making in practice.
We will do an interactive exercise embodying natural entities and explore how we could integrate human-nature relationships into the legal structure.
With Dylan Chester, Evgenia Emets and Anja Henckel
