This workshop is designed to equip participants with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary for facilitating groups and inclusive decision-making. Participants will to gain hands-on experience and insights into fostering effective collaboration: the session will cover key aspects of the facilitator’s role and some essential skills, understanding (and influencing) social and power dynamics, and decision-making frameworks.
