Refine problem statements
Crowdsource project proposals as solutions
Give everyone around $50 of voting credits and ask them to vote on how much funding to add to each project proposal
Those votes determine the prize pool for those projects. The deadline to build the projects and bring them to a usable state is Oct 22. As well as these more long-term prizes, will also have a prize pool for the best projects built for ZK and for pop up campus tools that are chosen immediately at the end of the hackathon.
Example problem statement: How do you decide who to invite back to future pop up campuses? How do people stay connected with one another and easily meet up at events in-between pop up campuses?
Example project proposal: A zupass gated nomad meetup app that includes a Gantt timeline itinerary of where people plan to travel to, a map with a timeline slider to see dots of where people will be at certain dates, and the option to connect with google maps to show your live location.
