Don’t worry, our session won’t be that intense! We’ll be focusing on the basics.
Acroyoga is for everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level. It’s a safe, supportive practice where we learn and grow together. You don’t need to be super flexible or strong to join—there are roles for everyone, and we'll ensure that each participant feels comfortable and confident. Whether it's your first time or you're looking to refine your skills, you'll have a great time in a fun and inclusive environment.
You can particiapte with your partner, or alone, it’s ok. People with any weight, height, physical conditions are welcome :)
The jam will have two parts:
Warming up
Brief overview of acroyoga
Introduction to acro and its principles
Safety briefing
I will also demonstrate some basic poses that we can try together.
Afterwards, we’ll move on to the second part, where we’ll split into groups of three:
The base
The flyer
The spotter
Together, we’ll practice the fundamentals that we covered earlier.
At the end, we’ll take a group photo and reflect on the new insights gained about your body and mind.
